THE FUTURE OF CUBA

The Future Of Cuba

Being one of the last pillars of Communism in the world, the future of Cuba is uncertain. With Castro soon to leave his position as president, the question still remains as to who will replace Fidel Castro when he is no longer around. Although there are nominees, the ability of any other individual to have the same power or be able to work under the condition in which Castro will leave Cuba in are very few. Is the country ready to face a new orders ?
The future may hold some positive aspects for the Cuban population. First, the US embargo would come to an end, allowing Cuba to open itself up to possibilities with a free market and globalization. According to some economic sources Cuba has the economic potential to trade in the Caribbean due to the similar domestic industries.
However, there are questions in everyone's minds. Is Cuba able to build on its ruins? Despite the positive aspects, the future also looks unclear. Economically, Cuba is indebted mainly with the Western world. As Cuba's' tourism continues to grow the country is unable to become competitive. Cuban being a very unstable country, creates bigger boundaries for its success in the future. They lack experience and knowledge that they need in order to enter the economic market and be successful.
As both the negative and positive aspect of the issue are seen and studied in depth, the future for Cuba continues to be unclear to everyone.

being that Cuba is one of the very few communist countries remaining, i don't think that they will be able to maintain the communist way of life without any allies.
